Thursday, I'll be attending a special event at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). As part of their ongoing Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI), CSIS is featuring a debate over the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT). What makes this especially interesting is that the participants will be college debaters from Emory University, my alma mater, and Michigan State University. Since the college debate topic this past year focused specifically on US nuclear weapons policy, I expect this to be a very interesting discussion. Policy debate is an incredible, life-changing activity. I was fortunate to participate in high school and college and I am excited to attend this event. I would encourage anyone interested in these topics to attend as well. For more information, please go to this page.
